    Delivery Country: All countries
    Delivery condition: Within City Limits (courier service rules)
    Delivery Fees Within UAE:  15 AED Flat Rate
    Delivery Fees Outside UAE:  Calculated at check out page, depending on destination, weight, and dimensions.


    TAX/VAT: All orders sold and shipped to UAE are subject to 5% VAT.


    Before placing an order, you are kindly requested to check the product description carefully and you must agree to be bound by the conditions of sales included in “My shopping cart” and “Product information, stock, and pricing” terms.

    Delivery is normally door-to-door, but there may be some instances where it is not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws. We, and our courier partner, reserve the right not to handover product(s) to a person under the age of 18 years old at the time of the delivery. The customer, after receiving his delivered order, should sign its related proof of delivery.

    Free Shipping Condition: free shipping will be granted on a minimum Spent of 200 AED For local orders only, within the United Arab Emirates

    Once the payment is made, the Order confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

    if there any mistake in your order and you wish to return and cancel it, please keep packing closed and in good condition & send us an email (SHOP@ALBAITALKHALEEJI.com)or contact us by phone(050 8688 646) to arrange a return, we’ll contact you to arrange return pickup within 2-3 days. Once we receive it we’ll issue the refund to the original mode payment within 3-10 days.

    If you wish to return the order for any other reason than our mistake. you can return it within 7 days only from the delivery date. and please note that return shipping fees should be paid from client-side for both local and international orders.

    Cases that you will not be able to return the order:
    * When you applied a request for return product after the determined time (7 days from the date of receipt.)
    * When you used the product, open it or damage it.
    * Products tampered or products with removed serial numbers
    * When the packaging of the items was damage.

    Once we ship this product to you, it is insured for getting lost in the mail and for visible damages to the outer product packaging. However, it is the recipients’ responsibility to pursue this with the courier company. When you place an order with us, you automatically agree that once ALBAITALKHALEEJI.COM delivers your package to the courier company, ALBAITALKHALEEJI.com is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or loss to your package by the actions of the courier company.

    Customer can cancel their order within 8 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.


    ALBAITALKHALEEJI.com. guarantees that your product will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding Friday and Saturdays) and unless you specify a certain future date to ship. We ship our products via the 1-3 Day Delivery with a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 (seven) days for delivery.

    If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer in writing OR if the delivery fails due to the customer not being available to receive (or to pick up) the product, ALBAITALKHALEEJI.com will not make any refunds for the purchase. Tracking records provided by the courier company will be considered as proof of delivery and final. The customer is responsible to report any obvious damage to the packaging at the time of delivery to the delivering courier company agent promptly without opening the package. Any package that is not delivered by the end of the 3rd (third) day after the order is placed, is considered delayed by the courier company, and it is the customer’s or the recipient's responsibility to follow up with their Contact No. Office to make sure the product will be expedited to the delivery address.

    Please understand that the courier company rate does not guarantee a particular arrival day, date, or time. Therefore ALBAITALKHALEEJI.com cannot be held responsible for your product NOT arriving on a particular day, date, or time, or for a particular event when we ship your product.
